Overview

This is a two day course aimed at women who are new to riding mountain bikes. Our friendly, highly qualified instructors will help you to develop good technical riding habits right from the start, which will make all the difference in the long term, plus we'll ensure your bike is set up right for you so that you can spend a full day on the bike. You'll spend each day making use of our purpose-built skills course and some of the local mountain bike trails, which include some of the finest mountain biking routes in Britain, with world class single track routes. The Gwydyr Forest trails and the Penmachno trails are right outside our back door. Other classic trails at Coed y Brenin and Coed Llandegla are only a short drive from our centre. How should I prepare?
Spend some time on a bike to get comfortable with riding and build some basic riding fitness.
