Overview

Create lasting memories with your teens on a family adventure in the Eryri National Park on an eBike ride with one of our expert instructors. Parents and their teens – either a single family group or shared friendship group. The mountains of the national park offer a range of eBike adventures. Well choose a route up in the local area to suit both your family/ friendship group and the weather conditions.

Reduced-rate family e-bike hire is available, subject to availability, for an additional £35 per bike, per day. The maximum charge for a family group of up to five people is £120 per day.

The Objectives

Our instructor will devise an adventure to suit your family or friendship group to create a lasting memory of time spent together on an eBike adventure in the Eryri National Park.

Itinerary

9:00am – Meet your Instructor

Meet your friendly, experienced Instructor at Plas y Brenin and get set for your day on two wheels. There’s time to get kitted up, sort out your mountain eBike and make sure everyone is comfortable with the bikes before heading out.

Morning – Discover the mountains

Your Instructor will choose the perfect local adventure for your family or friendship group, you'll probably start on our own Bike Track. We'll take into account the weather, trail conditions and your experience. Learn how to make the most of your eBike as you explore the stunning landscapes of Eryri National Park, with plenty of tips and coaching along the way.

Lunch – Refuel and recharge

Stop for lunch and take a well-earned breather before heading back out for the afternoon. Residential bookings have packed lunches included. For Non Residential bookings, please bring your own lunch and snacks.

Afternoon – Trails, challenges and adventure

Put your new skills into practice as you tackle more of the local trails. Expect flowing tracks, exciting descents, climbs to earn your views and plenty of opportunities to challenge yourselves – with your Instructor there to help you get the most from the day.

By 5:00pm – Back to Plas y Brenin

Return to the Centre for a well-earned cup of tea and a slice of cake, followed by a relaxed debrief with your Instructor before heading home.

What to expect: A fun and adventurous day exploring North Wales by eBike, with expert coaching, spectacular mountain scenery and plenty of shared memories along the way.

Experience Required

We can tailor an adventure to suit most abilities. General fitness, the ability to ride a bike on unpaved tracks and a sense of adventure are all that is required.
