Day 1 – Understanding your climbing
We'll begin by discussing your climbing experience and aspirations.
Heading to a suitable crag, we'll observe how you climb, exploring your movement patterns and identifying potential areas for development.
By the end of the day, you'll have a clearer understanding of your current strengths and some specific areas to work on during the weekend.

Day 2 – Developing technique and climbing tactics
We will head to another crag to focus on the techniques and strategies most relevant to your development.
Alongside movement coaching, we'll consider the tactical aspects of performance, including route reading, pacing, managing effort and making effective use of rests.
We'll also explore how confidence, commitment and fear can influence climbing, introducing practical approaches to managing these factors.

Day 3 – Putting performance into practice
Our final day provides the opportunity to bring together the skills and strategies developed throughout the weekend. We'll aim to climb at a venue that offers suitable challenges for the group, allowing you to apply your learning in a realistic climbing environment.
We'll finish by reflecting on your progress and developing a practical plan for taking your climbing further.
